Who we are

Rayhan Kids is a brand of Ummah Collective Sdn. Bhd., Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We make Islamic games, storybooks and animations for children aged 2–11 — built to be safe by design. Questions any time: admin@rayhan-kids.com.

Children's data

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and our products are designed not to need it. There are no accounts for children, no chat, no comments, no location access, no microphone or camera access, and no third-party advertising anywhere on Rayhan Kids. We build with COPPA (US) and GDPR-K (EU) principles in mind: data from children is not collected, profiled, or shared — full stop.

What we collect from parents

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address to send you updates about new stories, episodes and games. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing deletes you from the list.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, behind a consent banner, to see aggregate site usage — pages visited, approximate region, device type. It's configured for measurement, not tracking people, and you can decline it and use the whole site normally.

What we never do

No selling or renting data. No behavioural advertising. No third-party trackers. No dark patterns nudging children toward purchases. No social features that expose children to strangers.

Sharing & retention

Parent emails live with our email provider under its privacy safeguards and are kept only while you're subscribed. Aggregated analytics follow Google Analytics' standard retention. We share personal data only where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's PDPA — and the GDPR where it applies — you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time: admin@rayhan-kids.com. We act on every request promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Material changes affecting parents will be announced in the newsletter.
